Ukrainian handball needs conversion!
Tratjakov`s success will be general success, his failure will fill all handball society.
After couple years of chaos and scandals UHF president mission was making bringing order in handball structure of Federation and realizing of immediate conversion.
How had Tretjakov preperd to realise this mission?
For now we can see that he came to UHF with nothing - without any decisions and strategies of transformation. Not paying attention that he has his post thanks to separate region (Zaporogje).
First couple month thanks to people`s trust to him president could solve several problems. As the winner - realize couple key promises, inspiuring confidence in handball society. As ex - Как экс – statesment (ex Deputy Minister of Emergency) – start long-term transformations, which will bring success in 5-10-15 years.
Sequence of actions is understandable.
1. UHF president presents transformation plan is Council Federation – detailed for a year and approximately for five years. Claiming package of priorities changes.
2. Takes program ukrainian handball development like task of president of Council Federation.
3. On the base of program takes algorithm steps.
It turned out opposite. Tretyakov has not made any project changes. Year lost…
And then as always. Nobody is waiting on conversions.
Tratjakov does not have enough personell. Not just intellectuals – strategist or effective managers also comunicators that are able to explain to the government functionaries substance of reforms undertakens. There is not proffesionalizm and decency in cost but loyalty and obedience. Universal frame smith became Zaporozhska region, but Ukraine in much more talents…
Result? Tretjakov could make just one conversion – power concentration. Tretjakov has nothig to show to handball society for year. Ukrainian handball loose international image, opportunities and pace of development.
